Part of me has always been a portrait photographer. When I was little, I’d run around the yard with my baby blue 110 camera, chasing the dog and trying to get him to smile. I swear, you guys, sometimes he did.

I’ve shot weddings and portraits off and on since 2009, but it was always just a hobby. When my father suddenly passed away in March, I started thinking about how short life can be and all the dreams I’d like to pursue. The big one was photography. So, I’m getting serious and turning my hobby into a business. Through education and investment, I’m determined to chase this dream.
